In 2018, Tiege Consult created a website for her client – Beauty by Elisha London operating in the beauty business. The aim of this new website was to help put the company to the forefront of the mobile beauty industry.

Before the involvement of Tiege Consult, potential clients were only informed about the business either by word of mouth or Instagram. They contacted the business owner by phone to make enquiries and bookings. Client details were collected over the phone. Forms were filled on the day of the treatment. There was no system for advance deposit payments to be made to prevent no-shows or cancellations.

Using the Agile project methodology Tiege Consults created a transformative website within the 6-week project timeline. It was delivered within budget and to quality expectations. Instead of relying only on word of mouth, potential clients were now directed to the business website via integrated social media-Instagram & Facebook links, google, blog links and domain URL.

The project was a tremendous success. Driven by the innovative, transformative website created by Tiege Consult, the client was able to improve client engagement, revenue generation and service delivery. 

Additionally, potential clients were now able to:

– View all business promotions and treatments

– Schedule and book appointments online with a calendar scheduling feature

– Cancel or reschedule appointments

– Pay a deposit for treatments with a point of sale built in, to avoid or reduce no-shows

– Download or fill in pre-appointment forms

– Read the company’s insurance policy, terms and conditions of service.
