Tiege consult in 2018 created a website for a catering company that deals with both Afro Caribbean and intercontinental clients. The aim of the website was to revamp an existing website to improve its online presence as well as take advantage of the advances in technology, by introducing its clients to accessing their services via apps.
Before Tiege consult was brought in to revamp the website the Company did not have enough online presence and they did not have apps that allowed the existing and potential clients to access their services digitally which made it difficult for clients to access their services effectively. To deliver this project effectively Tiege consult used both the waterfall and Agile methodologies to get them a more digital, user friendly website and app that made a significant change in how the business operates by allowing clients to books services using the app, increasing its online presence and return on investment (ROI). The project was completed successfully within budget and in a timely manner of 5 weeks.
